Summary:
1962 Piper Comanche PA 24-250 is a vintage classic has complete repair logs covering airframe, engine, and prop, all the way back to 1962. The Comanche 250 has nice handling characteristics and is very easy to fly. Roll response is sprightly, and the airplane's all-flying stabilator keeps trim forces easy to manage! The annual is due on the airplane and expired in May 2018 but can be negotiated into the sale. Unfortunately the owner passed away and this plane is for sale by his daughter but was always flown by a designated pilot monthly to keep up with maintenance.
